Bruce is an independent consultant based in Houston. He was previously Vice President-Subsea at J. Ray McDermott, President and CEO at INTEC Engineering, a consultant to Petrobras America for their deepwater Gulf of Mexico Cascade/ Chinook project, President of ABB Offshore Systems, and was Sr. Vice President of Oceaneering for 13 years with responsibility for Mobile Offshore Production Systems and Subsea Products. Prior to this, Bruce was Operations Manager for Hughes Offshore and a design engineer at Seaflo Systems and The Offshore Company.

Bruce has over 35 years experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. His expertise includes floating production systems, subsea systems and offshore field development. He has a BS in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of TAMU’s Zachary Department of Civil Engineering in 2008. Bruce also has an MBA from the University of Houston, has co-authored 4 patents and has written numerous technical and management articles.
