Jerry Winchester has served as the President of Boots & Coots since 1998. In July of 2002 he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Boots & Coots, Jerry spent 14 years at Halliburton. He received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in 1982. Jerry serves on several boards and is past chairman of the OSU Alumni Association. He is also an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors.
