In the Coaching Towards Competence presentation, Ms. Robin Kessler will review ways for managers to help their employees improve their ability to (1) recognize accomplishments that prove competence in key competency areas critical to the organization’s success, (2) advocate for themselves verbally and in writing, and (3) develop plans to improve the competencies they need to be successful in their current positions and their future career.

She earned her BA and MBA degrees from Northwestern University.
