Description

Join the Business Development Study Group at the Four Seasons Hotel as we hear from three distinguished speakers on how capital markets are expected to influence A&D activity in 2009 – from the view of both Private Equity backed companies and providers.

The popular format of a Business & Social Networking ¾ hour, with complimentary Hors’ D’ Oeuvres and a cash bar, followed by an hour-long program, will begin at 6:00 pm in the Mezzanine. [Note the new time for this event]

What’s in store for the 2009 A&D market? Are there capital armories of dry powder in storage just waiting for the right deals and assets to come to the table? Or is there only enough available for  subsistence hunting until 2010? Will reserve redeterminations by senior lenders prompt some E&P’s to sell assets. Will cash flow needs flood the market with assets as the year wears on? What are the tell-tale signs we should look for?
