Emergency management requires thorough and thoughtful planning. Lon Langlois of Hess Corporation will share some of his experiences in the field of emergency response and crisis management, answering the question, “Why is planning so important around all aspects of emergency management?” Because Mr. Langlois is an Emergency Management Specialist and may be called away on short notice, Dirk Greene is the alternate speaker. Both have extensive experience and promise an enlightening presentation.
