The IT Technical Sub-Section Oilfield Integration (ITTS OI) and the Real Time Optimization Technical Interest Group (RTO TIG) are organizing a Half Day Workshop in conjunction with the Digital Energy Conference on and Exhibition Monday, May 19th starting at 12PM in Westchase Marriott Hotel. 2900 Briarpark Dr ~ Houston, TX 77042 ~ Tel (713) 978-7400
This workshop will provide an excellent forum to create use cases and elaborate on the top 3 business processes in real time optimization as selected by members of the ITTS OI and RTO TIG workgroups. The use cases will significantly expand our efforts around the digital oilfield--focused on transforming the way upstream assets are managed, enabling optimization and measurement of asset value, and unlocking new energy resources.
Workshop goals include:
- Challenge the participants to think from a workflow perspective, how it enables the business, and quantify the value of its implementation.
- The start of a library of use cases/reference workflows in the upstream industry.
- A white paper that describes the business processes and identified workflows.
In this collaborative environment, you will interact with others, not only as professionals, but also as human beings who have joined together to focus our efforts on use case development, to learn from each other, and complement each others’ skills.
