                                Land Administration Leader / Division Orders and Owner Relations (Apr 2019 – Oct 2020)

  • Responsible for team addressing 2,000 monthly owner inquiries under 30 days with 90% completion rate and 100% accuracy rate.
  • 750 monthly owner changes requiring research of title documents for wells in ND, MT, OH, PA, WV, and TX; timely completed in 60 days from owner request.
  • Yearly Form 1099 preparation from revenue data sent to 33,000 interest owners.
