Anthropologic Research Assistant | University of Colorado 2016
Cultures of Safety: Conflicting and Influences the Relationships Between the Build Team and the Local Community
• Explored how American and Bolivian cultures of safety conflicted to determine the effect on worksite communication and safety compliance.
• Implemented safety ideals while building a bridge with Bridges to Prosperity in Bolivia that created a safe site for the locals and the bridge team

Communications Coordinator | CU-Environmental Center 2016-2017
• Promoted the Environmental Center and its programs on campus, in the community, and across the nation by writing press releases, environmental columns, letters to the editor, blogs, and a monthly newsletter
• Managed a team to generate over 50 documents reaching 800 readers

Leadership and Volunteer Experience:
President | Association for Women Geoscientists (AWG) - Osage Chapter 2020-2021
• Organized outreach events to teach about geoscience throughout the community
• Planned fundraising events to fund research and volunteer scholarships ($6.0k) for women and underrepresented minority geoscientists
• Prepared annual report for AWG National and project proposals for AWG Osage scholarships

President | CU Student Government (CUSG) Environmental Board 2018
• Led a governing board that allocates $50k to projects that promote a more environmentally conscious campus
• Oversaw numerous projects aimed at developing sustainability in the facilities and landscapes on campus

Fundraising Chair | Bridges to Prosperity 2015-2017
• Created and managed fundraising events, which resulted in +$8.0k being raised.
• Led request to gain SOAC funding raising $1.0k by writing a grant and a detailed budget
• Member of 2016 Bolivia team that constructed a 50-meter footbridge to improve the safety of a community
