My favorite college memory was Calculus Class with Dr. Guy.  I have a variety of experience: Major oil company experience - 13 years with Texaco, Independent oil company experience - 9 years with Concho, and Oil & Gas Business Owner - 11 years with Folger Energy, LLC. I was SPE Permian Basin Section - Chairman of the Board Directors, Secretary, Membership Chairman, Luncheon Arrangements Chairman, Career Guidance Chairman, Awards & Nominations Chairman, Program Chairman, Scholarship Committee, Reservoir Study Group Board of Directors and Treasurer.  Receiving the SPE scholarship helped me become engaged as a student member of SPE and later with leadership roles as a member of the Permian Basin Section. My advice to students is to get involved with SPE, network, and continue your education.
