Q2 2015 - Winners

The Executive Club rewards active participants of SPE GCS YP events to encourage involvement.

The SPE GCS YP Communications Committee gathers attendance data from other Committees.

At the end of each board year quarter, the Committee conducts a drawing of three winners.

The more you participate in our events, the higher your chance to become a winner.

The Committee informs winners by email and phone.

The Committee announces the three winners, the top three active companies and universities on media channels.

These media channels include the dedicated SPE GCS webpage, social media, and the next print newsletter.

Platinum, Gold, and Silver Executive Club winners may attend at our cost next three, two, and one event respectively.

You may choose an SPE GCS event of interest and inform the Committee about your choice at least week in advance.

If not used within the next 6 months, your vouchers become forfeited without any reimbursement or rollover.

Please note that once payment for the registration is processed, we cannot cancel or roll over the registration.

If the organizer decides to cancel the event, you retain the right to choose another event within the quarter.

You have an option to transfer one or more of your rights to attend an event to your coworker, friend, or family member.

EEC and RNC conference registrations equal to three events, giving only Platinum winners a chance to convert their prize.
