Keith joined EnergyNet in 2019 and heads up the EN Indigo Technical Team.  Keith has played a vital role in building this Team and growing it over the past 4 years.  His team works in conjunction with EnergyNet’s business development and Transaction management teams focusing on divestitures ranging in value from $20 to $300+ MM.  Prior to joining EnergyNet, Keith served in multiple capacities ranging from reservoir, operations, and production engineering along with corporate reserves, strategy, and business development. Keith has worked for Linn Energy, Aurora Oil & Gas, Pressler Consultants, and ConocoPhillips / Burlington Resources.  His experience spans the Lower 48 on both conventional and unconventional assets.  Keith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of SPE, IPAA, and HPF and offices downtown in Houston, TX.

Dan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Forge since 2014 and is actively engaged in the financial management and business development efforts of the company.  Dan played a key leadership role in the aggregation, development, and ultimate sale of Permian assets in both Forge I and Forge II resulting in successful exits that generated proceeds greater than $1.6 billion.  Prior to joining Forge, Dan was an investment banker in J.P. Morgan's Oil & Gas group, where he was responsible for maintaining relationships and strategic dialogue with senior oil and gas executives and sourcing and executing advisory and financing transactions. Over his tenure, Dan executed transactions totaling greater than $15 billion where J.P. Morgan served as the lead advisor or underwriter. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Dan worked in other corporate finance roles outside of the oil and gas industry. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Zach is co-founder and President of UpCurve Energy, a private operator with a 19,000 acre position in the Delaware Basin.  The company was founded in 2015 with a $120 million commitment from Post Oak Energy Capital.  Since then, UpCurve has continued to execute on its development plan and is currently producing >12,000 boe/d.  UpCurve Energy II was launched in late 2021 with an initial bolt-on acquisition and is still looking for additional growth opportunities across both the Delaware and Midland basins.  Zach previously worked as a Reservoir Engineer on ConocoPhillips’ Eagle Ford team.  Before joining ConocoPhillips, Zach worked as an Associate at the NY-based private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg and as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, where he focused primarily on energy industry M&A and financings.  Zach received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School and a Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M. He graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Economics where he was a member of their Division I lacrosse team, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Drew Limbacher, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer joined Vencer in July 2020. Prior to his appointment to COO, Mr. Limbacher served as Vice President, Business Development & Engineering from the formation of Vencer in July 2020 through May 2021. Limbacher’s professional career includes various executive, commercial, engineering, and technical roles for private equity backed, and GP/MLP organizations.


Prior to joining Vencer, Limbacher held the position of Director of Business Development for Scala Energy, an EnCap-backed company. Previously, he held various senior engineering and technical roles with EnerVest. Limbacher began his career with HighMount Exploration & Production prior to EnerVest’s corporate acquisition of HighMount.


Mr. Limbacher holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Drew currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Mewbourne School of Petroleum & Geological Engineering of the University of Oklahoma and is the former Co-Chairman of the Business Development Group of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Gulf Coast Chapter.
