Glenn Klimchuk is a strategy leader with more than 30 years of experience in senior management, operations, consulting, and corporate-wide performance improvement working for a broad range of corporates, consulting firms, and private equity portfolio companies. Glenn possesses a diverse range of skills at the intersection of technology, operations, and finance and has advised executive teams in portfolio restructuring, strategic planning, capital management, corporate finance, operations, and digital transformation, as well as, performing a variety of interim executive roles for middle market clients across corporate development and government affairs. He has served as a trusted executive adviser and is a comfortable communicator at all levels from the boardroom to the field. Additionally, Glenn is a thought leader and has written extensively on energy industry issues and challenges in a variety of publications and is a frequent public speaker.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology and Economics from Brown University and a Master of Arts degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved in multiple industry trade organizations and several Houston-based charities.

Mr. Alan Henson is a highly accomplished technology and business strategy executive with a demonstrated 23-year history of driving successful transformations across various industries, particularly in the energy sector. Alan has established himself as a respected leader and sought-after consultant enabling data and application modernization across cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and custom software development. His innovative approach and strategic mindset continue to drive value for organizations looking to navigate the ever-changing landscape of technology and harness its potential for sustainable growth. 

Alan has a passion for working on the leading and bleeding edge of technology because of the enormous potential that exists for both business and society. He loves the challenge of unlocking and delivering solutions that enable all corners of the energy industry, as he strongly believes that energy is the key to unlocking an improved quality of life and better business. He presently leads many of Pariveda’s initiatives in Energy, and he heads our global technology solutions architects organization. 

With over 23 years of consulting and commercial software delivery experience, Alan has a depth of knowledge at the intersection of energy, business, and technology. His primary areas of expertise lie in innovation and business value alignment, digital transformation and modernization, and strategy formulation focused on navigating the energy and climate transitions. Alan’s experience spans developing leaders and teams, leading large-scale digital transformation projects, data platforms, and analytics including AI/ML, cloud solutions, custom technology delivery, and running operations for a multi-national software company. Before joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Henson held positions at Anadarko Petroleum, Volant, Perigon, and HTX Labs (co-founder). 

When Alan is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and son pursuing new adventures in travel, wine, and food. He is also an instrument-rated pilot and enjoys exploring the country via the skies. 

Alan graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science. He also holds an Executive MBA from Rice University where he graduated top of his class and is a Jones Scholar recipient. He also proudly serves on the Target Hunger Board of Directors, an organization focused on addressing food insecurity and its root causes within the Houston metropolitan area. 

Abhinav Jain is a Managing Director at CSL Capital Management and along with his colleague Imran Kizilbash, he manages the Venture Fund for CSL. Abhinav has 15+ years in the Energy industry across a variety of functions such as Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting and Field Operations.

Prior to joining CSL, Abhinav had been advising various Energy Tech startups (such as Corva, Drill2Frac, QuantumPro) and portfolio companies of several energy private equity groups (such as EV Private Equity, Energy Innovation Capital, Altira Group, Apollo Global Management, TPG).

Prior to this role, he worked at PwC’s Energy Investment Banking group in Houston, providing M&A transaction services to middle-market services companies. In addition, he also interned at Lazard’s Energy Investment Banking group in Houston, providing M&A advisory services to E&P and oilfield services clients.

Abhinav’s career started in 2009 in Norway with Fugro as an Offshore Seismic Engineer, after which he joined Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer in USA.

Abhinav has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Durgapur in India and a Masters of Business Administration in energy finance from The University of Texas at Austin and London Business School (U.K.).

Nefeli Moridis heads the subsurface work for NVIDIA’s global energy team. She focuses on accelerating high-performance computing applications and leads the AI initiatives for subsurface problems. These include seismic, reservoir, and CCUS solutions for the energy industry. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Nefeli worked in the oil and gas industry as a reservoir engineer and consultant, focusing on projects in unconventional reservoirs in the U.S. and internationally. She has been invited to present at over 50 energy events since joining NVIDIA, and has published eleven SPE papers that she has presented at SPE conferences worldwide.  Nefeli holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, a M.Sc. from the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP School) in Reservoir Engineering, and a B.Sc. from the University of Texas at Austin in Petroleum Engineering. 

Kirk brings a wealth of experience in technology sales, marketing, and investment, primarily in the energy sector. As a driving force behind MOIC Partners, he specializes in guiding SaaS B2B software companies towards maximizing their valuation and exit strategies.

His career highlights include serving as interim CEO for energy technology startups, leading Eleox as CEO—a consortium-based software company backed by major industry players—and directing investments at Shell Ventures. Kirk's most notable accomplishment is founding Chief Outsiders, one of the fastest growing and largest U.S. fractional sales and marketing consulting firms, demonstrating his expertise in nurturing startups and managing strategic exits.

Kirk was also the founder and managing director of SURGE Ventures, a mentor-driven accelerator and seed stage venture fund. During this period, he led the investments into over 45 technology companies solving problems across the energy value chain.

Coburn received his MBA and BBA in finance and accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.  He remains a nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurial aspects of the start-up community.

Coburn serves as an ambassador to the Texas Children's Hospital and is a supporter of the Rice Alliance. He is an active surfer, competitive golfer, and a seventh-generation Texan. He spends his free time indulging in these activities with his wife and children.
