ABSTRACT OF PRESENTATION
This presentation is about Security Exchange Commission (SEC) reserve filings and the evolution of SEC comment letters regarding same.
This presentation demystifies the SEC reserve review process, and it touches on some of the fundamental issues underlying disclosure requirements regarding oil and gas reserves.
This presentation will also provide some recent statistics on the focus of SEC comment letters related to reserves.
