Full Description
Marathon’s International Production team is using a scorecard that combines leading and lagging indicators for both HES and Reliability performance.  A new company-wide HES metric focuses on the severity of incidents and moves away from recordable injuries as the primary focus.  Metrics around operational performance and mechanical integrity round out the “Operational Excellence” measurements for each team.
