• Broadly competent in the application of Multi-criteria decision-making for Strategic Reservoir Planning. Expertise using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) tool. The AHP is a multi-attribute decision-making tool that helps assigning hierarchy to different projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, keeping track of daily progress and associated cost and implementing cost-control/measures to ensure projects are completed at, or below, budget, and in a timely manner.
• Quantifiable track record as planning engineer. Developed and controlled Forecasts of short, medium and long-term production. Ensured forecasts were consistent with life cycle of fields and reserve estimates. Generated and monitored Annual Budgets, for both, Capital and Operational Expenses.
• Experience as Administrator of Joint Venture contracts. Managed the administration of the operation contracts signed between PDVSA and international operators as BP, CNPC, LASMO, Teikoku, Petrobras, Repsol, and others. Focused on maximizing production and reserves recovery to attain maximum net value.
• Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
