Designed, tested and validated all thermal details & solutions for a complex four-processor server and managed the whole project with internal and external colleague teams, winning world records of performance for the product.
Designed and set up mockups of new generation servers and conducted intensive lab experiments, supporting the products from concept to launch. I made test plans, analyzed acquired data and generated reports to guide product development and quality improvement. I also conducted efficiency improvements for this development process.
Used CFD tool to assist the design and product development.
Managed critical specs for standards compliance and mentored less-experienced staff members and provided support and guidance to them.
Interacted with vendors and ODMs for cost effective thermal and mechanical part designs, tooling, orders and qualifications.

Designed and modeled a thermally enhanced energy storage liquid cooling system with phase change materials, pumped liquid and heat exchanger for E-vehicles and managed a constant power output control by providing predicted dynamic coolant flow rates to achieve a comfort cabin environment.
Experimentally measured thermal properties of nanostructured carbonaceous materials and revealed thermal properties of composites with those materials embedded and provided optimization guidance on overall thermal conductivity improvement.
