Production Engineering Advisor – EI North / WC Asset Teams

o Production Engineer and acting Team Lead for two Asset areas. Monitor wells for production performance. Plan and recommend work as necessary and coordinate project execution.
o Production Team member in identifying, evaluating, presenting, and receiving funding for a $35 million capital program for 2010. Coordinated weekly meeting with Facilities and Field for timely hook-ups and first production. Program resulted in +5000 net BOEPD field increase
o Developed and Tracked Production and Expense budgets for the EI and WC Asset Areas. For the EI North Field group worked with Field and Production Superintendent to reduce LOE +30% over 3 yrs.
o Advisory team member for Devon’s Business Process Transformation (Production data & Reporting) efforts.

o Worked with Asset Team to build prospect inventory through well/field studies and wellbore evaluations.
o Production restorations: WC 165 Compressor reactivation: +0.5 BCF additional recovery, WC 576 A3: installed pack-off gas lift and unloaded gas well for 2 BCF additional recovery

OCEAN ENERGY: Ocean Energy: Lafayette, LA. Mar 1999 - June 2003

Production Engineer /Superintendent (title change12/00) – Eugene Island Area
o Supervised Field Engineers and Foremen for a five Field Core Area of 145 wells (50 active), 96 platforms/caissons and 85 employees.
o Monitor daily wells tests and field activities for optimum production, safety and operational efficiencies. Instituted regular monitoring of production through the use of a tracking spreadsheet. This allowed timely identification of down production.
o Prepared and managed combined field Budgets of $ 18 MM.
o Team member for area during which 63 well projects (workovers, recompletions and new drills) were brought on line.
o Rerouted lines providing capability to gas lift and flow a SI well restoring 300 bopd.
