In mechanical engineering my human, academic and professional training, has focused on the development and implementation of useful proposals in the field of production and optimization of oil wells, with 15 years’ experience through several countries (Venezuela, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Mexico) in application design and selection of artificial lift system and other secondary or tertiary recovery equipment. I am a proactive, dynamic, with personnel management skills, analytical skills, initiative, willing to listen and work together, oriented towards results, used to interrelate with multicultural teams and members of different hierarchical levels. I've gone as far as I could with my last company and I am looking for a position where it can handle a larger territory and gain lucrative profits.

Wellhead Compression Branch Manager January 2017 – August 2018 Hoerbiger de México, S.A. de C.V. Reynosa, Tamaulipas A division of Hoerbiger Holding, a worldwide technology leader in compression technology, automation technology and drives, dedicated to Compression Technology Sales & Service. Specific Responsibilities:  Direct, supervise, coordinate and control all operations carried out in contract wellhead compression.  Ensure compliance with production commitments with customers, managing the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.  Perform all technical and administrative controls to ensure the best performance of the operation.  Responsible for the leases of compressors, as well as seeking new opportunities for this service in order to contribute to the objectives of the company.

Main Achievements:

 As a compression coordinator at the wellhead, during my tenure I increased the net income from the rental of compressor equipment by more than 35% and the fleet of units was increased by 18%.  Budget control per month, managing the Operating Expenses vs Inventory Materials 600 Hours, MTTR = <3 hours of the total equipment that made up the WHC projects (IHSA, TECPETROL, GPA, ENX, SCHLUMBERGER, STRATA and JAGUAR).  In my first year of my administration, it ended with an EBIT of 17% vs 13% expected. A turnover above 1.9 million USD.

Coordinator of production and optimization Capillary Technology. Oct 2016 – Jan 2017. PROSERMA EOS S.A DE C.V. Global Petroleum Industries. Reynosa, Tamaulipas World leader in capillary technology, execution of projects for all types of industries, dedicated to the sale, rent and service of capillary technology.

Specific Responsibilities:  Coordinate, and control all the operations carried out in capillary technology contracts.
 Guarantee the fulfillment of the production commitments with the clients, taking care of the good operation and the conservation of the equipment  Perform all technical and administrative controls to ensure the highest performance of the operation  Introduce alternatives in solving problems that arise in gas producing fields, activating and revitalizing gas production and at the same time increase productivity through the installation of capillary technology.  Responsible for capillary technology rental contracts, as well as seeking new opportunities for this service in order to contribute to the objectives of PROSERMA EOS S.A DE C.V

Main achievements:

 During my tenure as production and optimization coordinator, it was possible to increase and improve the efficiency of the chemical injected into the capillary tubing in poorly performing wells, thus being able to invoice over 80% in the first month and up to 90% in less than 1 month and a half.  It was possible to optimize the injected chemical product by lowering boluses per minute (EPM) up to over 50% less, which generated the same effect when injecting more product and thus achieving lower operating costs, generating more utility at the end of the month .

Production Optimization Engineer - Artificial Lift. May 2013 – February 2015 Iberoamericana de Hidrocarburos S.A. de C.V. (IHSA) San Fernando, Tamaulipas Energy Industry Company, located in Nuevo Leon, It dedicated to the exploration, development, operation and maintenance of oil and gas fields. +200 employees.

Specific Responsibilities:  Analysis of reservoir, from the point of view of fluid, pressure and production behavior in order to generate proposals for studies to drilling, completion, work over and propose further actions remediation productivity or gas producing wells.  Monitoring activities field completions and making records information using pressure and production.  Productivity analysis of software PIPESIM wells using both oil and gas wells.  Evaluation with software (Oil Field Manager) of well production behavior.  Analysis of field by material balance and production potential of wells.  Monitoring and field production optimization proposal generation through changes in throttle.  Development of program-making information such as pressure testing and calibration wells PLT.



Main Achievements:  As supervisor of optimization and production changes they were implemented in 41 wells artificial gas lift system with equipment that increased production of 30 MMcfd field @ 68 MMcfd on a 12-month period  I restructured the file system and reorganized all the information so that your search returns more quickly and efficiently.

Main Achievements:  As coordinator wellhead compression, during my tenure I increased net income gains compressor equipment above 45% for a period of 10 months of sustained growth.  Failure by corrective maintenance on compressors was deduced, by almost 90% over a period of six months. Junior Advisor of Mature Well Project May 2009 – August 2010 Pro-Therm, S. A de C.V. Monterrey, Nuevo León Environmental, Process & Thermal Products Specific Responsibilities:  To give advice to our personnel field in the specialized systems technologies preparation gas and oil in the zone Tampico and Poza Rica for Tertiary Oil in the Gulf of Mexico.

Main Achievements:
 I worked on the project Tres Hermanos near Poza Rica city in order to develop the engineering and construction of the largest of its kind with membrane separation technology separation plant CO2. The project would be funded by the United Nations with the aim of reducing the greenhouse effect, which for the development of this plant would enter 140 MMcfd with 70% CO2 and in a continuous process, would come with 5% CO2. The project at the end of 1 year and a half of attempts during my tenure, the project was abandoned by PEMEX. Applications Engineer- Artificial Lift July 2008 – March 2009 Alkhorayef Petroleum. Main Achievements:  During my time of service in the Middle East, my main function was to provide support to the sales department of design and selection of submersible equipment for the various contracts and tenders with major customers in Kuwait, Oman, Malaysia, Libya, Sudan, Russia, china, Iraq, Yemen, and Indonesia and especially in Saudi Arabia. Also providing applications engineering and technical support, Manufacturing and Field Service Organizations, results of failure analysis of these contracts that helped to reduce failures in more than 40%.

Resident Engineer October 2006-January 2007 Les Construction Allard El Tigre- Edo Anzoátegui A French Company dedicated to Construction, renovation and maintenance of buildings adapted to sectors Commercial, institutional and industrial Specific Responsibilities:  Resident engineer of the Project “System of salt water transference in Station Guario 1 (GED-1)” PDVSA GAS Anaco – Department of Engineering and Construction, person in charge of to coordinate logistic and operations for the field Guario 1.



Main Achievements:  The purpose of the project was to build a transfer system in saltwater Guario 1 (GED-1) station, which was completed in a timely manner within a period of three months 2 weeks faster than expected.

Production Optimization Engineer- Artificial Lift (ESP) March 2003-September 2006 Wood Group ESP Corporation Venezuela Is a leading independent services provider for the oil & gas and power generation markets. Worldwide these services include engineering, procurement and construction management, facility operations & maintenance, and repair & overhaul of turbines and other high-speed rotating equipment. Specific Responsibilities:  Optimization of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps) wells.  Troubleshooting of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps) wells.  Submersible Pump Analysis and Design.

Main Achievements:  I reduced premature failure warranty period less than 20% during the period of my administration.  I increased sales by 41% during the period of my administration.  I improved rates of customer service by 25%.  I improved communication channels with customers, reducing rates by 52% complaints.  I increased the portfolio of customers and suppliers by 70% in less than six months in my first year in office.
