Lead Production Engineer (Houston, TX / Conway, AR) 2007 – 2010
 Managed production operations for 300+ horizontal shale gas wells; handled LOE budgeting, artificial lift design and implementation, workovers, and refracture design and implementation; served as Chemical Program Lead for the Fayetteville Shale Production group
 Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team in the initial development of the Fayetteville Shale gas field, which reached one BCFD within four years
 Led refracture execution team and implementation of new production logging program, allowing reservoir engineers to perform optimization and reestablishing initial production rates on a two-year-old well
