 2017-19 Staff Geologist, Area 1 Offshore Block Mozambique
o Lead Geologist for Golfinho-Atum Field ($20 BN LNG Development).
o Responsible for reservoir characterization of field through integration of well log analysis, core analysis, and seismic stratigraphy.
o Prepared resource estimation for post-FID initial reserve booking, verified through substantive test by 3rd party reserve auditor.
o Contributed to creation of stochastic reservoir models utilizing Petrel to evaluate range of potential GIIP and analyzed results from 500+ realizations to understand key reservoir drivers.
o Presented methodology and results of technical analysis to project partners and management.
o Prepared written documentation of subsurface technical studies and served as technical editor for other disciplines.
o Hand-contoured maps for low, mid, & high case interpretations of NTG and Vclay per geobody to guide property distribution within model realizations utilizing seismic attributes, well data, and knowledge of deepwater depositional systems.
o Responsible for well planning and data acquisition for 18 well Phase 1 development program.

 2016 Staff Geologist, Delaware Basin Asset Team
o Responsible for geological evaluation of all non-operated well proposals and collaboration with reservoir engineer to make technical recommendations for well elections to enhance Anadarko’s investments.
o Initiated new data management systems to improve tracking of well data from non-op wells, farm-outs, and data trades, resulting in improved reservoir analysis.
o Developed strong relationships with partners for improved knowledge sharing and learning; facilitated partner workshop with Shell on well spacing; conducted competitor analysis.
o Managed day to day responsibilities of 2 geotechs and mentored new hire geologists and summer intern.

 2013-15 Staff Geologist, East Texas/North Louisiana Asset Team
o Evaluated potential productivity of Cotton Valley Taylor in two prospect areas through sequence stratigraphic correlation, reservoir structure and property maps, and evaluation of offset production. Responsible for all well planning, data acquisition (whole core, SWC, well logs), analysis, and budget associated with exploitation wells.
o Conducted geological evaluations of potential acreage deals and worked with subsurface and land teams to make leasing recommendations.
o Planned and drilled Cotton Valley Taylor horizontal infill wells in Henderson Field.
o Mentored less experienced geologists to ensure technical excellence was established and valued.

2007-2013 Marathon Oil Company – Houston, TX
 2011–13 Advanced Geologist, US Onshore New Ventures
o Regional evaluation of the hydrocarbon potential of unconventional and conventional reservoirs in the Lower and Upper Cretaceous formations of the onshore Gulf Coast Basin, including Eagle Ford, Eaglebine, and Pearsall formations.
o Responsibilities included developing a regional sequence stratigraphic framework, play fairway analysis, calculating resource in place estimates for identified prospects, monitoring competitor activity and production, and presenting recommendations to upper management.
o Recommended and drilled 2 wells to test play concept. Responsible for all well planning, data acquisition (whole core, SWC, well logs, isotubes), and analysis associated with these 2 wells.
o Described core as part of regional evaluation of the Tyler Formation, Williston Basin.

 2008-11 Geologist II, Piceance Asset Team
o Development/operations geologist for 65 vertical wells. Responsibilities included well planning, creating and maintaining structure and isopach maps, formation evaluation, and pay identification for completion intervals.
o Coordinated with Drilling, Completions, Regulatory, and Land teams on an ongoing basis.
o Led subsurface recommendation (and received management approval) for data acquisition program consisting of 3D seismic, microseismic, isolated production testing, DFITs, and gas isotope analysis in an effort to optimize development and maximize well productivity of field.
o Served as Marathon Oil liaison for 2 Piceance-related JIPs and mentored summer intern.

 2008 Geologist II, Marcellus Shale Asset Team
o Conducted geological evaluation of leasing opportunities and worked with Subsurface and Land teams to make purchase recommendations.
o Worked with Subsurface team to create an acreage evaluation and data acquisition program. Identified well locations and mapped shallow formations to aid in well planning.
o Mentored summer intern.

 2007-08 Geologist II, Barnett Shale Asset Team
o Operations geologist responsible for identification of well locations, well planning, log and core acquisition, and geosteering.
o Prepared well files, maps, and presentations for Barnett acreage disposition. Presented geological overview to potential buyers in data rooms.
