Description

Experienced operations geologist with the ability to process and analyze large datasets and integrate different disciplines. Exposure to unconventional reservoirs includind, Hayenesville, Woodford and Lewis Shale. Basic knowledge in ArcMap. I have a strong geochemistry background and can interpret seismic and run attributes.

Location

Dallas-Fort Worth

Experience

2 years of experience in which I successfully geosteered wells within a 20 ft target zone during drilling operations by utilizing Geodirect and StarSteer.
Effectively integrated geology with diverse data sets in ArcGis as an input for management reports.
Description of core and core data emphasized in geochemistry (XRD, XRF, SRA, Vitrinite Reflectance, Biomarker analysis, etc.,) to identify source rock potential and oil provenience. Analysis of XRD data to identify changes in resistivity observed in well logs and attributed to mineralogy instead of water saturation.
Conducted Geology review for proposed operations on both Operated and Non-Operated company assets in the San Juan Basin.
