 Collaborated with geologist and completions team to select recomplete well candidates in Hosston and Rodessa formations, presented findings to senior management and asset team, and recommended commencement of program to test wells and booking reserves to 3P.
 Evaluated uphole recompletion potential and reserves in North Louisiana acreage by analyzing production data using Drillinginfo and SONRIS, developing type curves, forecasting production, and identifying available recompletes to add value to company.
 Assessed available recompletes and generated type cases to run economic analysis using ARIES to determine financial rate of return and potential value added to the company.

Production Engineering Intern – Eagle Ford Asset May – Aug 2016
Marathon Oil Corporation – Kenedy, TX
 Performed a deep investigation into the age and run life of wells by analyzing sucker rod components using Spotfire and WellView, looking at AFEs, and collating rod failure data into a central database.
 Analyzed failure data by reviewing lab reports on sucker rod failures, communicated findings with other teams such as company chemist and metallurgist, and identified corrosion as primary sucker rod failure mechanism.
 Influenced Marathon vendor selection process by visiting rod vendor facilities, understanding manufacturing processes, evaluating rod QA/QC processes and finally presenting financial impact on failure trend by initiating dialog with supply chain department to ensure products meeting design and quality specifications.
 Visited well sites with production engineers and technicians to review sucker rod remediation jobs in the field and understand rod design and logistics process by using SROD.
