cultures of change, standardizing/automating processes, and capturing significant savings.
16+ Years of Oil and Gas experience in Conventional and Unconventional resource plays.
As a Data Analytics Manager experienced in managing scalable and sustainable data analytics projects, I would be honored to join your organization.
Throughout my career, I have designed project plans, set milestones, implemented IDW tools/software program (Power BI/Spotfire), provided data analytics and business insight, supported 21st century operating models, and built, managed, and trained globally dispersed projects teams while serving as a SME and global analytics leader, fostering cultures of change, controlling risks, and capturing billions in cost savings.
Most recently, as the Director of Integrated Operations and Supervisor of Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Warehouse, I designed and implemented data analytics tools that saved $4.5B, improved process efficiencies by 45.5%, decreased failure rates, and optimized fleet performance. Here, I also planned a $30MM NPV10 hydraulic model data analytics project that delivered the industry’s first-ever proof of concept connected to live process/SCADA data, designed a one-of-a kind- gas balance calibration process, achieved zero HSE-R violations, steered a major data integration project between TAS for SAP that saved millions of dollars, and was awarded the COP SPIRIT award, the Highest Honor in the Company.
I was promoted to the roles after serving as the Supervisor of Production Engineering, GCBU (Conventional Asset) where I achieved less than 6% decline rates on conventional mature assets (a historic achievement for the organization) while managing production engineering operations for 14,000 wells across the Gulf of Mexico. Previously, as a Senior Production Engineer, Eagle Ford (Unconventional Asset), I saved $1.5B by gaining TRRC and ConocoPhillips approvals for dispensation, captured $12.5MM in savings with customized gas lift designs, reduced planned system downtime by 90%, and increased our production by 1.2MM barrels.
I possess both a Master of Science (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Petroleum Engineering and now welcome the opportunity to bring my strengths and skills to your organization. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime to discuss my qualifications in more detail.
