The seventh annual Digital Energy Conference and Exhibition will be held 11 – 12 April 2007 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. This symposium will target digital technology as an enabler of intelligent processes, improved decision making, and enhanced value within the Oil & Gas industry.

The theme for the 2007 conference will be ‘Bytes and Barrels: An Energy Renaissance.’ The ‘Renaissance’ theme will highlight new ways of thinking and working that have emerged recently within the Oil & Gas Industry. System interoperability, improved data integration, and predictive analytics are a few of the examples. Increased collaboration and the use of digital tools and technology to strengthen cross-cultural communication and promote knowledge sharing will also be emphasized.
