Intl -Twilight in the Desert?

Seven giant Saudi Arabian oilfields, discovered between 1941 and 1965 are responsible for approximately 90% of its oil production.  These fields, ranging in age from 40 to 64 years, which are now mature and tired, are being subjected to the most sophisticated and costly technological applications in an effort to maintain their current oil production.  Given the age and production history of these giants, is this even sustainable? Or, has Twilight descended on the oilfields in the Saudi Arabian desert? And, given the fact that Saudi Arabia is the world''s largest oil producer, how do we begin preparing for a post-Peak Oil world?
