Just like biodiversity that exists in nature by design, requires nurturing, balancing and care on a continuous basis, so does Diversity by Design, requires an organization to use inclusion and equity as a platform, to nurture and promote diversity for sustainable outcomes.
Each individuals’ views on diversity are shaped by their life experiences. Based on a personal journey in Corporate America, Diversity by Design, will shed light on how individuals can make their diversity count, to bring value to their organization, their team, and to themselves.
