As we look to 2021, much uncertainty remains. We are an industry that the world relies on for quality of life, underlining the importance of the role that our Petroleum Engineers play in ensuring hydrocarbon availability, whilst meeting the changing demands of society.
Uncertainty can place quite a heavy burden on our emotions, thus affecting our personal and professional performance. To bring our best selves to work requires an understanding of what triggers our emotions, and uncertainty can be one of the most depleting.
During this period of unprecedented challenges for our industry, we need to minimize distraction as much as possible to access the best of focus, creativity and delivery.
