23rd Annual Sporting Clays Tournament and Annual Food Frenzy Competition

The annual Society of Petroleum Engineers Gulf Coast Section Sporting Clays Tournament provides the opportunity for shooters of all levels to participate in this rapidly growing sport.

This tradition, not only directly supports SPE student scholarships but provides members and non-members of the SPE Gulf Coast Section the opportunity to interact, exchange ideas and develop lasting friendships while participating in a sporting event.

$1200 per 4-person team (includes 100-round course, ammunition, team mulligans [NEW 3 per shooter] , and 4-person golf cart)

Registration Details

Ammo is included however we understand that some shooters would like to bring their own. If this is you please bring No. 71/2, 8, 9 shot ONLY
When registering please include each team member's e-mail address. This will speed up check-in and allow for everyone to receive important event communications including starting time and station.
This event will be held on three courses, event supporters and sponsors will receive first consideration for their preference of course.

Scholarship Support Levels

Sponsorship is a great way to get your company name out in front of your audience and potential leads. Select sponsorship opportunities by selecting the "register another" button.

Platinum Scholarship Supporter $7500

As a Platinum Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on the event signage. Your support also entitles you to three (3) complimentary teams in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Gold Scholarship Supporter $5000

As a Gold Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage. Your support also entitles you to two (2) complimentary team in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Silver Scholarship Supporter $2500

As a Silver Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage. Your support also entitles you to one (1) complimentary team in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Bronze Scholarship Supporter $1500

As a Bronze Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage and V.I.P. parking.

Station Sponsor $250

As a station sponsor your name will appear on event signage as well as specified station.
Station sponsors can choose the station they would like on a first come first serve basis.
Multiple station sponsorships encouraged.

Scorecard Sponsor (limit 2) $1000

As a Scorecard Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage as well as each scorecard.

Tournament Photo Sponsor (limit 1) $2500

As the Tournament Photo Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage and your company logo will appear on participant commemorative photos given to each shooter.

Trophy Sponsor (limit 1) $2500

As the Trophy Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage and your company logo will appear on shooter trophies.

As the Commemorative Giveaway Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage and your company logo will appear on commemorative giveaways.

Course Reception Beer/Alcohol Sponsor (limit 1 - first to respond) $150

As a Course Reception Beer/Alcohol Sponsor, your company name will appear on the sponsor board. As a part of your sponsorship, you will be asked to set up a station in or around the location barn and be prepared to serve AFTER shooting concludes.

Course Beverage Sponsor (limit 4 - first to respond) $150

As a Course Beverage Sponsor, your company name will appear on the sponsor board. As a part of your sponsorship, you will be asked to set up a tent at an assigned course to provide beverage refreshments throughout the day.

Breakfast/Coffee Sponsor (limit 2 - first to respond)

As the Breakfast/Coffee Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage.

Food Frenzy Competition (limit 10)

As a Food Frenzy Competitor, your company name will be on event signage. As part of your competition, you will be set up adjacent to the pavilion to provide entertainment and food which can consist of: breakfast and/or lunch, drinks. Each shooter will be given one poker chip to vote for the best competitor. The winning team will receive a commemorative trophy
