SPEGCS Volunteering Girls Exploring Math and Science 2020 in HMNS
Come join SPEGCS as we volunteer at GEMS (Girls Exploring Math and Science) event 2020!
The GEMS event is organized by the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Girls of all ages are invited to attend the event and learn more about science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by visiting booths hosted by Student STEM Ambassadors, Community sponsors, and other non-profit and professional organizations. This event helps to immerse girls in the exciting worlds of match, science, engineering and technology and the careers that relate to them.
SPEGCS Community Services will be hosting a booth to showcase the oil and gas industry. Volunteers will help with setup, hosting, and breaking down the booth.
