TCEQ Water Quality Division's Update on Oil and Gas Wastewater, Inclusive of Changes in Regulations and Agency Responsibilities
The mission of the Water Quality Division within the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is to protect water quality in Texas by issuing protective permits, proactively working with stakeholder input, considering sustainable economic development, and using sound science to protect the State’s water resources, human health and the environment. Mr. Galindo will provide an update on oil and gas wastewater, inclusive of changes in regulations and agency responsibilities.
