Lubricants in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry - An In-Depth Look

Lubricity additives are widely used in the upstream oil and gas industry.  Mitigating high torque values while drilling, improving rates of penetration, reducing wear on equipment, and trouble free casing runs are some of the most common performance goals related to drilling across any deviated wellbore.

This course take the student from the ground up i.e. offering a look at the industries most widely used lubricity products, the chemistries inherent to different lubricants, applications, pros/cons, and relative information on cost.
