Cont. Ed: Accelerated Learning Tutorial: Drill String Mechanics Course
The objectives of this training course is to acquire a deep understanding about drill string mechanics for complex drilling applications; such as Torque & Drag & Buckling, Fatigue and Casing Wear. This course offers technical overview of all operational and technical aspects required to design and operate drill string equipments in complex drilling programs. A strong emphasis is put on the understanding of the different mechanisms involved, to gain understanding of the drill string mechanics and theoretical background. Each participant will have the opportunity to run on one of the most advanced professional software to analyse drill strings in complex environments.
