Resiliency and Human Performance

The saying  "People are our most important resource” has become a well-accepted principle in the business environment. Recent studies also support that high performing, engaged and resilient individuals have a positive impact on business performance in multiple ways including increased productivity, reduction in safety incidents and improved work quality. But how do you unlock the wellspring of human potential? How do you lead the cultural change necessary to build this type of organization and what tools, training and environmental supports provide employees with the foundation necessary for this step change in performance?  During this webinar our speakers will discuss what two major companies have done to improve human performance and employee resilience, what parameters they use to measure success and their plans for the future.
