Westside: Well Spacing Insights from Pilot Study in the Eagle Ford Shale

In order to determine the optimal well spacing in a black oil region, a pilot test was organized.  An intense data acquisition program was conducted, including microseismic, fluid and proppant tracing, production logging, and interference testing.  This presentation will discuss the various tests that were conducted during the course of this pilot study and demonstrate how the results of those tests were employed to guide the operator towards a decision regarding optimal well spacing.
