HSSE-SR: Process Safety in Design / Construction / Operations: Pragmatic Issues and Solutions
Recent process safety accidents in the oil and gas sector have attracted greater attention from industry, the public and the agencies. Drawing on lessons learned from these and earlier incidents, this talk will focus on the information an Asset Manager, Engineer and Operator needs in order to develop or improve its operating philosophies, develop operating integrity design envelopes, implement inherently safer design in FEED and detail engineering , and develop measurement and control objectives to improve overall safety and environmental assurance.
