Well control has changed very little since the days of Red Adair and M. M. Kinley, who pioneered the work in 1913. Planned Speaker Larry Flak, Boots & Coots Senior Well Control Engineering Specialist, will present the current well control techniques that have become more prevalent in the past decade on sabotaged burning oil wells in Kuwait and Iraq. Boots & Coots reserves the right to change the speaker and subject matter of the presentation at its own discretion.
