ATP has shown a willingness to work with new and innovative floating production concepts. The company has converted a drilling rig to floating production vessel (Gomez), has built the first MinDoc facility (Telemark) and is currently in process to build the first OctaBuoy (Cheviot). Robert Shivers has been with the company every step along the way. He will discuss the challenges and advantages for these facilities, the selection process, and provide his insight into future applications of these technologies.
