Biography
Michael Cheeseman is Vice President of Corporate Development for Halliburton. In this position, he is responsible for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.
Mr. Cheeseman joined Halliburton in January 2007 as director, Mergers and Acquisitions, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and partnerships. Prior to joining Halliburton, Mr. Cheeseman worked for Simmons & Company International and Schlumberger.
Mr. Cheeseman earned a degree in geological engineering from The Colorado School of Mines. In addition, he holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School.
