The presentation will provide an update to the  discussion given in May entitled Water Resource Challenges in the Marcellus and Haynesville Shale Formations. The changes in regulations over the past 6 months will be highlighted as well as the continued impact that they have on the Oil and Gas industry in Louisiana and Pennsylvania. The presentation will expand to discuss the influence of Colorado and Wyoming on the Shale Fracking debate, also the recent EPA involvement to assess the need for frac companies to report their proprietary chemical information. In addition, the quantity of recycling vs. disposal and the continued water sourcing challenges.
