Northside: Multi Zone Single Trip Completions
In the early eighties, economical drivers coupled with the demand for change in better completion efficiencies lead to the development of the multi zone system for stacked completions. Over time, risks, limitations and targeted formation applications associated with the system lead to further development and refinement of the system.
With the burgeoning of deep water, deep gas and lower tertiary completions a demand for a similar multi zone completion system that reduces risk, optimizes reservoir performance, meets completion efficiency expectations and offers various capabilities was developed.
This presentation will discuss the applications and limitations of these systems with several case histories.
