Digital Energy: BP-Gulf of Mexico Advanced Collaborative Environment (ACE)
The Gulf of Mexico Advanced Collaborative Environment (ACE) has been in operation for several years. BP have gained some new insights about improving the efforts of workers on offshore platforms collaborating with onshore subject matter experts and operational staff workers that lead to the a change in working relationships, and the realization that they are one team – one team that is trying to solve the same problems and capitalize on the same opportunities.
