PRODML Orientation – Use Case Tutorial

Energistics is pleased to announce a PRODML Orientation - Use Case Tutorial to be conducted as a pre-meeting event to the SPE Digital Energy Conference in Houston. This event will be held on May 19, 2008 from 9:00 AM until 11:45 AM at the site of the SPE conference in the Marriott Westchase Hotel. Registration and refreshments begin at 8:30 AM.

Everyone interested in oil and gas industry production optimization, reporting, and data management is encouraged to attend this seminar. The PRODML Standards provide a framework within which innovative end-to-end processes can be configured and carried out. The PRODML Standards are defined in terms of Web Services and Data Exchange (XML) technologies which align well with computing and communications environments.

Energistics hosts a special interest group, the PRODML SIG, made up of energy, service, software, and integrator organizations. The SIG helps drive the development of the PRODML Standards and early deployment of practical solutions using the standards.

The support and cooperation of the SPE for this tutorial is gratefully acknowledged.

Online registration is available through the link at the top of this Web page. If you are not already registered with Energistics with a Web site user name, please register though the link above before beginning the online registration process for the seminar.
