What are the economics and operational components of a full-cycle CO2 based project? What is the state of the technology in CO2 flooding and/or “huff and puff”?  What synergies can be exploited for CO2 reinjection and potential/existing enhanced oil recovery projects? What are the sources of CO2, how is it transported and stored, and what peculiar operational issues must be addressed? How is CO2 removed from produced fluids? Can it be recycled? What are the most prominent economic barriers to application of CO2 injection?  Proximity to source (transportation cost)?  Depth / temperature / pressure limitations?  Are there regulatory/tax incentives that exist or may be on the horizon domestically and internationally that may impact a long-term CO2 project?
