This 4-part series will occur as weekly even ts in March covering project management roles from the perspective of an O perator, Fabricator, EPC and Consultancy. The goal of the series is to tra nsfer knowledge related to how organizations can collaborate to improve ef ficiency at relatively lower oil prices than we have become accustomed to. What do we do now and what can we do going forward to improve project exe cution to meet the new budgetary goals in a low oil price environment?\r\n \r\nPart II on Wednesday March 9th will be presented by the Fabricator, K iewit and highlight Trust along with The Dark Side of project execution. Trust promotes communication, a high level of collaboration, great morale amongst all participants, and significant opportunity to reduce costs and shorten schedules. The Dark Side however, causes overruns due to late deli verables, delayed critical equipment, frustrated clients, massive carryove r work, and challenges to reputations.\r\nEach event is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm with 30-minutes of networking followed by a 1-hour presentation and a 30-minute Q&\;A session.
