Rising to Vice President in two years, she ultimately held ov erall responsibility for the company&rsquo\;s day-to-day operations. She h elped bring the business into profitability and during her tenure the comp any tripled in size and added three remote offices.\r\nEvalyn established Shea Writing and Training Solutions (Shea) in 1997. Shea is a technical wr iting and training provider helping clients in the oil and gas industry cr eate clarity out of chaos, one sentence at a time.\r\nNow a $3.5 million c ompany, Shea is working with clients in the U.S. and overseas, fulfilling its mission to make the world a better place by helping people communicate . Shea approaches both training and writing from the point of view of the user and adheres to a philosophy of Learner Owned Training©\;.
