Industry is often judged (by regulators, public, and governments) by the lowest perfor mers. Is there a way to build a more consistent and collaborative culture across industry so that everyone shares the same objectives of reducing s afety incidents to zero and protecting the environment? And if so, can th is be done without sacrificing individual companies' competitive advantage s or antitrust concerns? The topic scope includes all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment as well as all types of industry compani es, including operators, drillers, and service companies.\r\n\r\nThe sessi on will kickoff with brief presentations from industry experts to provide background on some of the challenges associated with aligning industry HSS E performance expectations. Participants will then break out into teams t o develop an approach or idea to address this challenge. \r\n\r\nYoung pro fessionals (<\;35 years of age or <\;10 years industry experience) and students from all HSSE disciplines are encouraged to sign up.\r\n\r\n\r\n Speaker List: \r\n\r\nIndustry CollaborationJack Toellner, Senior Technica l Advisor-Safety, ExxonMobil\r\nSafety/Security Industry Trends\r\nTom Kno de, HSE Manager, Halliburton\r\n\r\nEnvironmental Industry Trends\r\nJudy Freeman, Principal, Green SEED Energy\r\n\r\nGenerations in the Workplace\ r\nMike Thompson, Safety Manager, BP\r\n\r\n \r\nLink to SPE HSSE YP Sessi on Page: http://www.spe.org/events/hsse/2011/pages/schedule/tech_program/y p_session.php\r\n\r\n--- This iCal file does *NOT* confirm registration.Ev ent details subject to change. ---\r\n\r\n--- By Tendenci - The Open Sourc e AMS for Associations ---\r\n UID:uid1621@spegcs.org SUMMARY:YP: 2011 HSSE Conference - Young Professionals Session DTSTART:20110321T150000Z DTEND:20110321T203000Z CLASS:PUBLIC PRIORITY:5 DTSTAMP:20240329T014128Z TRANSP:OPAQUE SEQUENCE:0 LOCATION:Westin Galleria Hotel X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:
