The Chittim Field was discove red in the mid-fifties and was thought to be nearly depleted. A reservoir study, using modern geologic descriptions, determined there was substantia l remaining resource remaining potential left in the field, but the wells would have to be drilled cheaply, and multi-stage horizontal fracture stim ulation treatments were required. The team is currently drilling six wells per week using a coil tubing drilling rig and costs are 20% less than the 2006 pilot program.\n\nPlease register online to facilitate improved plan ning and admission to the event. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come / first served basis as space allows. Thank you. \r\n \r\nParking: Use Co ntract Entrance.
