Karen Olsen's specialty is championing in-field solutions for onshore and offshore projects across the U.S. and in the North Sea for major multinational Oil & Gas industry leaders.

With 36 years of experience in senior leadership and technical roles for various operators across the U.S. and Norway, she has a proven track record of thought leadership in energy sustainability initiatives, cross-industry strategic partnership building between universities and labs, as well as hydraulic fracturing technology development from discovery to field adoption.

Karen excels at sustainability program development, strategic business and community partnership building, conservation projects, completion optimization designs, and portfolio management.

Andrew has over 15 years experience in market research, analysis and strategy across multiple industries including energy, finance and fast moving consumer goods. Prior to Kimberlite, Andrew was with Baker Hughes for over 10 years working across strategic marketing, sales and operations both in North America and Internationally.  Andrew has a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations and Research Methodology.

Kirby Lindsey is Vice President, Strategic Projects at Occidental Corporation (Oxy). With over two decades of leadership in oil and gas exploration and production (E&P), he has extensive experience across onshore and offshore developments in the USA and the Middle East. For the past 20+ years, Kirby has been with Oxy, working in the USA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. Currently residing in Houston, Kirby is actively involved in supporting Oxy and industry initiatives related to Permian produced water.

John Huycke is a life-long drilling engineer with three decades of experience. His career includes assignments in the Delaware Basin, Anadarko Basin, Powder River Basin, DJ Basin, Uintah Basin, Bohai Bay China, deepwater Gulf of Mexico, Norway, Nigeria and the Bakken. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Kansas and an MSin Petroleum Engineering at the University of Texas. At PDC Energy, John was instrumental in planning and executing the first multi-well U lateral development.

Maxim Volkov leads the Reservoir, Production, and Abandonment team at TGT Diagnostics. He oversees projects on barrier verification for Plug and Abandonment (P&A) and improved diagnostics for horizontal well performance. Maxim collaborates with major oil and gas companies on long-term R&D projects in the U.S., North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, and parts of Europe and Africa. His expertise is in cased-hole evaluation, focusing on spectral acoustics and temperature modeling techniques. Maxim earned his MSc in Geophysics and Geoscience in 2006.

Dr. Leen Weijers is VP of Engineering at Liberty Oilfield Services and served as its Business Manager at Liberty's founding. Leen worked at Pinnacle Technologies from 1995 to 2011, where he oversaw development of a commercial fracture growth simulator, FracproPT. Leen has authored dozens of publications and contributed a chapter to the recent SPE Hydraulic Fracturing Monograph. Leen completed his doctoral research at the Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
