Mr Naik has 31 years experience in the process industry serving various roles in operations, engineering, consultancy, marketing and program/project management. Currently, Bharat is the Product Manager for the UniSim Design software and he manages Connected Services alliances. He gathers customer requirements, directs development teams, manages product lines and manages partner interfaces for the process industry. Previously, he has served as product line director for consulting services in energy efficiency, GHG management, capital allocation and process safety management. He brings business knowledge to technical issues and helps solve pressing customer issues in a cost-effective manner. He believes in listening closely to customer problems and translating them into offerings to be developed by internal teams. 

Yanling Wu is a product marketing manager responsible for simulation digital twin, advanced process control, and optimization at Honeywell Connected Industrial. She started her career as a process design engineer and has over 20 years of industry experience with process engineering, R&D, consulting, and analytics. Yanling graduated with a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Cincinnati. She completed AI Academy program from NC State University in 2022.

Vineet Lasrado is Principal consultant for Energy & Chemicals industries at Honeywell.

He has over 25+ years experience in Oil and gas – upstream and downstream industries in the areas of digital technology, process simulation and optimization,  asset performance management, training simulators and more.  At Honeywell he has worked with customers across the energy & chemicals value chain including new energy ventures such as Green Hydrogen.

Prior to Honeywell,  Vineet worked for Halliburton in the areas of digital fields, petroleum engineering technology and consulting. He has a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Mumbai, India.
