Fossil fuel commodities have undergone a dramatic recovery over the past 18 months, this presentation will provide an overview of current global crude and natural gas supply & demand fundamentals. Particular focus for crude will be on OPEC+ and U.S. supply dynamics as well as near to medium term demand drivers. Natural gas will look at U.S. supply & demand outlook, European market overview and knock-on effects of the skyrocketing European energy prices.

Mr. Westphal has thirteen years of experience in the energy industry both domestically and abroad. Past projects range from deepwater exploratory drilling to domestic asset evaluation and supply & demand modeling. Presently, he is the Vice President of Fundamentals at ARM Energy where he is focused on distilling external sources and internal knowledge into ARM’s cohesive view of the market. Previous roles include time at both Southwestern Energy and Schlumberger. He has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Petroleum Engineers from Texas A&M.
